SUPPORT NETWORK FOR HARD OF HEARING AND DEAF COMMUNITY

Hear Together Australia is a not-for-profit, volunteer run organisation that brings deaf and hard of hearing children and their families together for guidance, mentoring, capacity building opportunities and support.
We provide families with a fun, safe and supportive environment to connect and inspire each other at regular social events. We also offer two exciting family camps a year which are filled with adventure, skill building opportunities, mentoring and parent workshops. We provide support, advocacy and education for both deaf and hard of hearing children and their families in an inclusive and safe environment. Our deaf and hard of hearing children are supported through workshops and mentorships within the deaf and hard of hearing community. We aim to improve the long-term health and wellbeing of our members while building confidence, resilience, life skills and friendships that will last a lifetime. |
